nNormal RBC mass .
nElevated hematocrit .
n No leukocytosis .
nNormal bone marrow studies .
* Treatment
nReplacing fluids and removing causative disorders .
*Complications
Hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia , and hyperuricemia may complicate relative polycythemia.
